The 9-minute, 37-second video, obtained from the New Jersey State Police, captures 43-year-old Higgins, of Woodstown, being walked through field sobriety tests by officers. During the interaction, Higgins admits to consuming five to six beers since noon that day. At one point during the test, Higgins says: "I'm sorry I'm just freaked out what am I supposed to be doing again?" …

Head-On DWI Crash Off Route 208: One Driver Hospitalized, Other Arrested, Fair Lawn Police Say Police said a driver was under the influence when his car slammed head-on into another Friday morning just off Route 208 in Fair Lawn, authorities said. Witnesses told police that Vadym Yukhno, 58, of Fair Lawn passed several other cars on Maple Avenue coming off the highway ramp toward Glen Rock when his Prius struck a Chevy Malibu in the oncoming lane just shortly after 9 a.m. The driver of the Malibu, a 43-year-old New Haven, CT woman, was taken to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood with chest and wrist injuries, Sgt. With their vehicles blocking traffic to protect the stranded car, the officers stopped the Jeep driver -- and found that he was drunk, Police Chief Dean Ackermann said. Gavin Walsh, 52, of Hawthorne was taken into custody after the 3:50 p.m. incident on the southbound highway near Lincoln Avenue, the chief said. His vehicle was towed and impounded for at least 12 hours, Ackermann said.
