Bergen County Mom, Teacher Jennifer Paradiso Dies, 44: 'Always Saw The Best In People'
Support is on the rise for the family of Jennifer Paradiso, 44, a Bergen County wife, mother of three, and longtime educator, who died on Thursday, Dec. 12.
“Jenn was an incredible wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who always saw the best in people,” reads a GoFundMe page that had raised more than $22,800 as of press time.
Jenn battled cancer twice, once in 2015 and again in early 2023.
"Where most would have faltered or given up, she courageously continued her fight never once missing a beat," the campaign, launched by her family, continues.

These Bergen County Towns Flipped From Red To Blue In 2016, 2020 Presidential Elections
Bergen County voted primarily Democratic in the 2020 Presidential Election, with many municipalities having flipped from red to blue since the 2016 election.
In 2016, 231,211 Bergen County residents voted for Hillary Clinton and 175,529 voted for Donald Trump. Bergen County remained Democratic in 2020, that year, with 285,967 residents voting blue and 204,417 red.
According to the University of Florida's Election Lab, 862,101 New Jersey Democrats and 554,951 Republicans have already voted in the 2024 Presidential Election.

18 Unsolved Burglaries Cracked: Pair Arrested In Months-Long North Jersey Spree
Two men have been arrested and charged in 18 burglaries and one attempted burglary across North Jersey, authorities said.
A months-long investigation found Kali J. Carter, 49, of East Orange, and Demetrius D. Hale, 49, of Bergenfield, were responsible for the incidents, all of which were residential burglaries, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Stalker Fresh Out Of Bergen County Jail Steals Car From Dealership Lot, Police Say
A 37-year-old man fresh out of jail for stalking was arrested just hours later in Bergen County, police said.
Daniel MacTaggart, of Elmwood Park, was jailed on Sunday, Aug. 11 on charges of stalking as a repeat offender, driving on a suspended license/registration, and failure to possess driver's insurance card, court records show.
