The pair -- representing Team Israel -- finished with a personal best on Tuesday, taking 19th place out of the 22 pairs. Only the top 16 advanced to the free skate. Still, they made their country proud: "Pretty damn incredible if you ask us," Team Israel said. Conners is 17 and lives in Edgewater.
