Longtime Bergen County BBQ Spot To Close NY Location Months After Shuttering In NJ Rockland County staple Fink's BBQ Roadhouse, a community favorite in Suffern, is closing after eight years in business.  Owner Dave "Fink" Finkelstein announced that the restaurant’s last full day of operation will be Monday, Dec. 2, citing ongoing challenges that have become insurmountable.
