PD: Parking Ticket, Spit Lead To Lyndhurst Jewelry Store Burglar Who Stole Costume Bling A parking ticket and spit led Lyndhurst police to a jewelry store burglar who smashed a display case and fled not with diamonds or pearls, authorities said, but with much cheaper merchandise. Responding Officers Brian Kapp and Tom Seickendick found the back door at Chandel Jewelers on Ridge Road forced open shortly before 6:30 p.m. March 18, Detective Lt. Vincent Auteri said.
