It's been rumored that the North Woodland Street house was gifted to former owner Gloria Swanson by Joseph Kennedy, Sr., her paramour, according to NJ.com

The estate was given to actress Gloria Swanson in the 1920s by Joseph Kennedy while they were having a public affair.

The 24,000-square-foot home saw several price cuts, the most recent being in November, according to NJ.com.
