ENGLEWOOD, N.J. -- A house is for sale in Alpine for $48.8 million, according to Business Insider.

It is a 30,000-square-foot stone house situated on what used to be the Frick estate, said Business Insider.

The house is the highest-priced one in the state, according to the Business Insider report.

Replete with a huge wine cellar and inside basketball court, the mansion has a dozen bedrooms and 19 bathrooms, according to Business Insider.

The home is being marketed by Compass along with Sotheby's Prominent Properties as the listing agent, and Meredith Baer will stage some of the rooms, said Business Insider.
