The Irvington victims -- 19 and 25 years old -- were stabbed outside a residence in the 100 block of Glenbrook Parkway around 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Detective Capt. Timothy Torell said.
Both were admitted to Holy Name Medical Center with what Torell said were "severe but not life-threatening" stab wounds.
Teaneck detectives who learned of the stabbings contacted their Englewood colleagues.
Working together, Englewood and Teaneck detectives arrested Ryan Winston and Nigel Fincher, both 19, of Englewood.
A knife believed used in the stabbings was found in the Glenbrook Parkway home, along with drug paraphernalia, Torell said.
Also foiund during the investigation was just under one ounce of marijuana, he said.
Winston was charged with attempted murder, along with drug and weapons offenses, the captain said.
Fincher was charged with aggravated assault.
Both were being held in the Bergen County Jail pending bail hearings.
