Gyewan Kim, 54, was behind the wheel of a Toyota Camry that collided with a Ford delivery van on Engle Street near the intersection of Stonehurst Drive around 1:30 a.m., Capt. Michael deMoncada said.

The Camry then “drove off the road, crashing into a wall and overturning,” he said.

Neither driver was injured, deMoncada said.

Kim, of Tenafly, received summonses for DWI, refusing to submit to a breath test, reckless driving and improper passing.

He was released to a responsible adult pending a hearing, deMoncada said.
