Prosecutor: Bus Aide, 70, From Englewood Sexually Assaulted Girl, 17

UPDATE: A judge this weekend ordered that a 70-year-old bus aide from Englewood accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl in Maywood remain jailed.

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. – A 70-year-old bus aide from Englewood sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl in Maywood, authorities charged.

Fabio Agudelo, who was charged with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment, also stole someone identity, for which he was also charged with impersonation, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said Friday.

A judge ordered the married Agudelo to remain in the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance Saturday in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
