Forensics tests conducted in such instances all but confirm crimes such as the one Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said was committed by Adolfo Guilllen, of Englewood, who earlier this month turned 36.
The most serious charge, aggravated sexual assault, amounts to rape. In addition, Guillen is charged with sexual assault and child endangerment. His high bail — $300,000 — speaks volumes.
“The assault occurred this past weekend in a residence in Englewood,” Molinelli said.
As a result, Englewood police and detectives from Molinelli’s Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit arrested Guillen, of Prospect Street, on Tuesday.
Guillen, who had to surrender his passport, is being held at the Bergen County Jail pending a June 10 court appearance.
