Jimmy Pastora Berroa, 20, Fairview didn’t participate in the May 10 beating of the 36-year-old victim at Cliff Street and Anderson Avenue after he left a local supermarket moments earlier, Capt. Vincent Bellucci told CLIFFVIEW PILOT shortly after detectives arrested him at his home.

He did, participate in the robbery, however, the captain said.

Detectives who retrieved store surveillance video identified their trio of suspects and the next day arrested Kevin Ozuna, 20, on charges of robbery and endangering an incapacitated victim.
