Englewood teen attacked with claw hammer, police seize 3

ONLY ON CVP: A 15-year-old Englewood girl was attacked by three other teens, one of whom hit her several times with a claw hammer, requiring several stitches on her face and scalp.

Englewood police scooped up all three girls and got the injured teen immediate care.

A 16-year-old girl was detained on a juvenile complaint equivalent to criminal aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Two 13-year-old girls face the adult equivalent of rioting for their roles in the assault.

The injured girl was released from Englewood Hospital after the weekend attack.
