The 22-year-old victim told police he'd just parked his car on Armory Street around 8:40 p.m. when a tall black man wearing dark clothing walked up and asked him to roll down his window, Detective Capt. Timothy Torell told Daily Voice.

When he did, the robber "pulled out a semi-automatic handgun and demanded cash," he said.

The bandit fled through nearby Mackay Park, Torell said.
