A judge ordered Bradley A. Gooden, 23, held in the Bergen County Jail pending a hearing in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on Saturday, Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
Gooden was charged with sexual assault by sexual contact and child endangerment after Grewal said city police and his office “received information that [the boy] was inappropriately touched” by him in Englewood last November.
