Bail for was set at $100,000 for Sule Imo Ouhuru, who was expected to be transferred to the Bergen County Jail. He’s charged with false imprisonment, child endangerment, auto theft, firearms theft and a host of other weapons charges. As a convicted felon, Ouhuru isn’t allowed to possess a gun.

Ouhuru stole the woman’s two-door, silver 2004 Honda Accord and was believed to possibly still have the .45-caliber carbine with him, police said.

Neither had been recovered as of early this afternoon, however, Detective Capt. Timothy Torell told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
