Englewood detectives discovered the stolen boxes of Aveeno wipes packed into an Epps Avenue residence where they’d cornered Gnahore D. Gnegbo (above, top left) in May connection with the residential burglary eight months earlier of two TVs and several bottles of liquor.

The boxes had been diverted during a cargo theft from a facility in the Nyack/Clarkstown area, they said.

Johnson & Johnson provided a tractor-trailer and crew to help remove, count and store the 2,900 boxes, valued at $48 each.

With the assistance of the Franklin Police Department in Somerset County, authorities arrested Englewood truck driver Gary Caviness (right) after he showed up there in an 18-wheeler with some of the stolen products found in the house, Detective Capt. Timothy Torell said at the time.

One of those named in the indictment, Michael Ratliff (also right), was tracked by U.S. Marshals to a Georgia hotel, where they took him into custody in August.

Three months earlier, a 40-year-old deliveryman was lured to a closed West Forest Avenue business, where he was set upon by several men.

Despite his ordeal, the driver flagged down a passing city police officer, who saw Gnegbo run into an Epps Avenue residence. Torell said.

Backups arrived, surrounded the house and took four people inside into custody.

Indicted along with Gnegbo and Ratliff were Andre Chance (above, top right) and Chanel Chance, Gary A. Caviness and Kavon R. Major (above, bottom left).

All six are charged in the indictment with receiving the stolen wipes.

Andre Chance, Gnegbo and Major are charged with robbing the deliveryman.

Chanel Chance is charged with hindering by giving false information to police.

Gnegbo was also charged with a residential burglary.
