STRONGMAN: A popular strongman competitor and former Haverstraw and NYPD police officer shot and killed himself after a traffic stop Wednesday morning, a close friend confirmed.

SADDLE BROOK SAVE: An NJ Transit commuter train was speeding toward her Wednesday afternoon when two good Samaritans rushed onto a Saddle Brook railroad crossing and rescued an 89-year-old woman.

RIP CHARLI: Immaculate Conception High School senior Charli Roberts died suddenly in her sleep Thursday.
