Happy Birthday To Alpine's Joe Piscopo

ALPINE, N.J. -- Happy birthday to actor and comedian Joe Piscopo, who was born in Passaic and lived in Alpine for a bit. He turns 65 this Friday, June 17.

Piscopo is perhaps best known for his work on "Saturday Night Live." He and Eddie Murphy were on the show from 1980-1984. Piscopo was known for his impressions, especially of Frank Sinatra.

He's had many film roles and TV appearances -- including on "Star Trek: the Next Generation" and "Law & Order" -- and has done a bit of voice work.
