ENGLEWOOD, N.J. — A widower is suing Comprehensive Women's Care in Englewood because his late wife's doctor didn't diagnose her in time to receive life-saving treatment for cervical cancer, NJ.com reports.

Ekaterina Ortiz of Fort Lee was in her 30s when she sought help from Dr. Stephen H. Jaffe, citing a uterine prolapse and other vaginal problems, according to the story.

She died at 41 years old in 2016, NJ.com says.
