Tractor-Trailer Flips, Route 130 Ramp Closes Off NJ Turnpike (Developing) A tractor-trailer overturned closing a Route 130 ramp off the New Jersey Turnpike in Burlington County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, July 11  in Florence Township, according to the NJ Department of Transportation. The crash occurred Tuesday evening, Feb. 21 near milepost 1.7 in Carneys Point, according to New Jersey State Police.
