Burlington County Driver Charged With Deadly Hit-Run At PA McDonald's
The New Jersey driver who admitted to killing a Levittown man during a road rage incident early this year will spend over a decade behind bars, said the Bucks County District Attorney's Office on Thursday. Daniel S. Dietrich, 45, of Palmyra, was sentenced to 12 to 24 years for the Feb. 5 death of Jason Smith, prosecutors said.
