Closures for all rue21 locations are expected to be completed within the next two months with going-out-of-business sales coming soon. 4 Armed Robberies In 70 Minutes: Atlantic City Police Nab Out-Of-State Suspects Atlantic City police arrested four suspects accused of committing four armed robberies in 70 minutes in a vehicle carjacked from Maryland, authorities said. The first robbery occurred at 6:27 a.m. Thursday, March 23, and involved an 89-year-old man on New York Avenue. The suspects struck him in the chest and stole his jacket, cash and cell phone, police said. A minute later, a 45-year-old woman was robbed on Baltic Avenue.
