Beach In Cape May Reopens After Man Found Dead, Authorities Say (Update) A beach in Cape May was shut down after a man was found dead, authorities said. Cape May police found the roughly 50-year-old man's body early in the morning on Monday, Aug. 26, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland said in a news release. His body was discovered on Cove Beach near the end of Beach Drive. The man's death wasn't considered suspicious.
