Footage widely shared on social media showed the "30 Rock star" being wheeled out of Madison Square Garden with a bloody nose.
The game, which the Knicks won 116-95, was delayed in the third quarter for 10 minutes. But all is well, Morgan, an Alpine resident, said, sharing a photo on Instagram from his hospital bed.
"Thank you for all your concern! I’m doing ok now and doctors say it was food poisoning," Morgan, a courtside fixture at Knicks games, said. "Appreciate my MSG family for taking such good care of me and I need to shout out the crew that had to clean that up. Appreciate you. More importantly, the Knicks are now 1-0 when I throw up on the court so maybe I’ll have to break it out again in the playoffs."
Morgan is currently working on a new sitcom from Tina Fey and the creative team behind "30 Rock" about a disgraced former football player on a mission to rehabilitate his image. He is also set to star in a Paramount+ sitcom, "Crutch." a spinoff of the CBS show "The Neighborhood."
