Prosecutor: Head Of Franklin Lakes Child Psychology Clinic Sexually Assaulted Pre-Teen A 78-year-old Franklin Lakes child psychologist who operates a clinic for public and private schools sexually assaulted a pre-teen at least twice, said authorities who arrested him.
