Update: Woman, 88, Struck, Killed By Commuter Train In Westwood Identified A woman who was struck and killed by a commuter train in Westwood was identified as an 88-year-old local resident. Cecile L. Archer lived at the nearby Madison Apartments, a few blocks from the other side of the tracks where she and her wheeled walker were hit near the Westwood train station at 9:48 a.m. Monday, Sept. 12. Paterson police nabbed Jae’Wuan Abrams at his apartment at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, and the juvenile at his home a little over an hour and a half later, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Responders found his lifeless body outside the Madison Apartments on East 19th Street around 6:50 p.m. He'd been shot in the head, they said.
