Accused Glen Rock DPW Vehicle Thief Charged In Car Burglary Released Again A Glen Rock man who was freed to await trial after borough police charged him with stealing two DPW vehicles and burglarizing a house was arrested for breaking into cars -- after which a judge let him go once again. Colin H. McCann, 38, had been ordered released by a judge pending trial after borough detectives arrested him last month for the DPW thefts, as well as a Doremus Avenue burglaries, thefts from unlocked vehicles and thefts of bicycles.
