A grand jury indicted 37-year-old Franchesa Burgos-Gonzalez of Phoenix and 28-year-old Dyshawn Bostick on Wednesday, Dec. 11, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. Father, Three Sons Killed Daughter: Union County Prosecutor A father and his three sons were indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday, Oct. 9 with manslaughter in the death of his daughter, a  28-year-old Union Township woman last May, authorities said. On Friday, May 10, the Union Police Department responded to the 300 block of Greenbriar Drive for a welfare check and found Kerline Joseph Charles dead at the scene, Union County Prosecutor William  Daniel and Union Police Director Christopher Donnelly said.
