Bergen County Man Charged In Fatal Morris County Overdose: Prosecutor Police have arrested a 34-year-old Bergen County man in connection with the deadly 2021 overdose of a woman at a Pequannock Township home. David Pezak, formerly of Saddle Brook, was charged with first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death, conspiracy to distribute, distribution of a controlled substance, and other drug offenses, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J.
