Cresskill School District To Expand Reading Program

CRESSKILL, N.J. -- Cresskill school officials plan on expanding a newly launched reading program that was introduced to students this year, according to NorthJersey.com.

Wilson Foundation is a program that breaks reading down into five key components and emphasizes sounding out syllables. The program is currently offered to kindergartners and first graders, but will be expanded into second grade as well, NorthJersey.com said.
