Detectives investigating tips of drug sales at the Stratford Avenue residence “observed narcotic related activities consistent with drug dealing,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this afternoon.
They raided the home last Thursday and searched the vehicle of one of the defendants, where Molinelli said they found drugs and other contraband.
The prosecutor said the haul included “marijuana (packaged for distribution), suspected LSD tabs, suspected Promethazine/Codeine Syrup, digital scales, packaging materials including numerous baggies and a heat sealer.

Molinelli thanked Dumont and Cresskill police and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit and Bergen County Regional SWAT Team for their work in the case and assistance in the raid.
Nicasio was charged with possession with the intent to distributethe marijuana and the LSD, with additional counts expected, the prosecutor said.
He was being held on $75,000 in the Bergen County Jail.
Tuero and Daney were each charged with marijuana posession and were released without bail pending court hearings.
