ONLY ON CLIFFVIEW PILOT: A 37-year-old man named Demarest from the town of Demarest is being held on $125,000 bail, accused of fondling a minor.
The incident occurred Friday night at a Lodi residence, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
Arrested was Patrick B. Demarest, of John Street, who Molinelli said is single and unemployed and coincidentally lives in the town of Demarest. He’s charged with sexual assault and child endangerment.
