Extricated Driver OK After Palisades Parkway Pileup

CLOSTER, N.J. -- A driver who sustained injuries that weren't considered life-threatening had to be extricated after two box trucks and a sedan collided Wednesday morning on the Palisades Interstate Parkway.

Police directed traffic along the right shoulder until the accident scene was cleared.

The scene was cleared within an hour of the crash, which occurred around 9:30 a.m. near the State Line Lookout in Alpine.
