Developmentally disabled man, 54, falls to death at Palisades Center mall

UPDATE: Authorities said a 54-year-old man who died in an apparent fall from an escalator bank at the Palisades Center mall in West Nyack this morning lived in a local group home for the developmentally disabled and was part of a day trip.
