The 36-year-old victim regained consciousness and was taken to HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley after Officers Luis Ruiz, Aldo Guerino, Keith Dombkowski, responding to the 3:16 p.m. call, administered the drug, Police Chief Dennis Kaine said.
