Closter Fire Prevention Bureau Provides Safety Tips

CLOSTER, N.J. -- At the Closter PTO Annual Spring Fair, held at Tenakill Middle School, the Closter Fire Prevention Bureau provided fire safety education.

Senior Fire Inspector Michael Hunken and firefighter Sean Foley advised kids on various home fire safety practices -- who also got a tour through a smoke-filled house.

"The interactive smoke house trailer and instruction seemed to be well-received by all who visited the display," the borough noted in a Saturday Facebook post.
