“Our incident occurred as the victim was walking to school at 9:50 a.m. [Wednesday] near the intersection of Brook Street and East Madison Avenue,” Venezio said.
As in the other incidents, the driver rolled his vehicle alongside as she walked and asked if she wanted to make some money.
“She said, ‘No,’ and he left the area,” Venezio said.
The description she gave police is the same as in the other incidents, including that the man appeared in his 20s, had light hair and a bit of a goatee and wore wire-rimmed glasses.

Authorities compiled a composite sketch that they have shown to the youngsters in the incidents and are distributing widely.
However, he was driving a different vehicle from the SUV identified in the other incidents. This was some type of hatchback, a source with knowledge of the incident told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
Several law enforcement officers and officials have told CLIFFVIEW PILOT they believe the same man is involved in all of the incidents.
And while they said they wouldn’t encourage youngsters to do anything with their cellphones except immediately dial 911 in such instances, they conceded that some are savvy enough to be able to shoot a photo or video of the vehicle – particularly the license plate – without being detected.
