Why Go: Their brunch menu is not only ginormous, it’s enormously healthy. Only eggs from free-range chickens from local farms are used. Its internationally inspired comfort grub emphasizes veggies and there are no trans fats, MSG, or preservatives in any ingredients.
Worth Waking Up For: Chicken apple sausage with two eggs. Brunch salad made with smoked salmon, arugula, boiled potatoes, beets, and a mustard vinaigrette. Shakshouka, an egg dish believed to have Jewish, Tunisian and Libyan origins. Gingered quinoa beet salad, homemade maple almond granola. This list goes on and includes classic favorites like French toast, pancakes, burgers, and sandwiches.
