Cresskill Performing Arts Begins New Musical Workshop

CRESSKILL, N.J. -- Cresskill Performing Arts (CPA) will begin a new workshop production Friday, Jan. 8 with auditions for children aged six to teens for “Seussical, the Musical.”

Cresskill Performing Arts will begin a new children's musical workshop Friday, Jan. 8 with auditions for "Seussical, the Musical" from 4:30 - 6 p.m.

They’ll be conducted during the studio’s Musical Theatre Workshop from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Children are eligible to audition even if they haven’t been enrolled before now.

The “triple threat” studio -- singing, acting and dancing -- puts on three performances every season, year round. “Seussical” is the second this season, following “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.”

School director Betsy Daly says the studio has a warm and non-competitive atmosphere which fosters confidence and creativity. CPA studio is “at the monument,” 300 Knickerbocker Road.
