The exhibition will feature painting, mixed media, photography, assemblages and collages by 29 artists, all of whom are members of Salute to Women in the Arts. Salute was formed in 1974 when it saw the need for an organization representing women in the arts in northern New Jersey.

The reception will run from 1-5 p.m., and refreshments will be served.

The Belskie Museum is open from 1-5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, but appointments can also be made to visit the museum outside of regular hours, by calling 201-768-0286. Admission to the museum is free.

The museum will also be exhibiting art by local artist Andrew Weatherly through June and July. Selections of his "The Art beyond a Syndrome" will be shown in the Closter Library's gallery.
