Ramen Shop Replacing Turkish Bakery In Bergen County After nearly seven years in business, a Bergen County Turkish bakery will be closing and will be replaced by a Ramen shop. Merve's Kitchen and Bakery announced the news on Facebook. Signage hanging at the Rock Road storefront says the new eatery is called Kokoro.
