Gunman Charged In Deadly Shootout Held In Bergen County Jail Pending Trial: Prosecutors An arrest has been made in a shootout that left one man dead over the weekend. Uvaldo Mora, 28, is accused of exchanging gunfire with the 33-year-old man at Straight Street and Park Avenue around 11:15 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said. The 33-year-old man was struck in the head and throughout his torso, and died at the hospital.  Meanwhile, Mora was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Certain Persons Not to Possess a Weapon. Trio Arrested In 10-Year-Old Girl's Drive-By Shooting Death, South Jersey Prosecutor Says Three suspects from South Jersey have been arrested in connection with the fatal Fourth of July shooting of a 10-year-old girl, authorities said. Two of the three suspects also were charged for their alleged roles in a separate shooting earlier Sunday night on Francine Drive in Vineland, according to the Cumberland County prosecutor.
