Englewood Police Treat Youngsters To Helicopter, Free Backpacks Temperatures were in the 90s, but a group of Englewood youngsters kept cool with a medical chopper landing, free backpacks and more, courtesy of city police and their law enforcement colleagues. The department and PBA Local 216 got boosts from the Bergen County Sheriff's Office and New Jersey State Police Aviation Unit at Monday's 3rd Annual Cops and Kids Summer Kick Off at Dr. John Grieco Elementary School.
