Paterson Detectives Seize Guns In Separate Street Arrests Paterson street-crime detectives seized guns from two 20-year-old men in separate arrests a little over five hours apart. Detectives Anthony Nestico and Ismael Kivanc found the first handgun and played prominent roles in seizing the second, Police Director Jerry Speziale said. Nestico and Kivanc immediately smelled pot after pulling over a black Ford Taurus in the 700 block of East 19th Street for equipment violations just after 7 p.m. Thursday, Speziale said.
