Tracking Hurricane Debby: Tornadoes Pose Main Threat As Storm Takes Inland Path The forecast track has shifted for Hurricane Debby, which is set to pass through northern Maryland and Pennsylvania, and drop torrential rain on surrounding areas late this week.
