Alerted by citizens to a vehicle that was “all over the road,” Officers Tomasz Cydzik and Adrian Sulejmani stopped the 2015 Toyota Sienna on the northbound highway near the Pequannock border at 3:15 p.m. Friday, Detective Capt.
