A vicious fire raced through one multi-family home and damaged another in Passaic early Wednesday evening. THE LATEST: A 24-year-old man shot and killed by Passaic police late Thursday was one of two who police responding to a shots-fired report found carrying handguns, state Attorney General Gurbir S.
