Jersey Shore Ex-Con Chased Down By Police Admits Tossing Machine Gun A Monmouth County ex-con admitted in federal court that he tossed a loaded machine gun while being chased by police. Davon Harley, 30, of Neptune City, was arguing with a group in the yard of a local apartment complex this past February when city police arrived, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said.
