Bekri's father had previously died in a war in Syria. Rasha Kattan, Bekri's aunt, flew to T…

NJ Mom Haunted By Face Of Drunk Driver Who Crushed Both Her Legs
Adrianna Lopez remembers everything about the crash -- not that she wants to. Lopez was visiting her boyfriend's sister and her boyfriend on Ocean Avenue in Jersey City earlier this month when she spotted the 2019 Toyota Corolla heading right for them and her 2-year-old daughter. With no time to think, the 26-year-old mom pushed her toddler out of the way. Everyone's lives were spared, but both of Lopez's legs were crushed. One was damaged so badly that amputation has been discussed, according to a GoFundMe campaign. "She has already undergone numerous procedures," it says. Lopez h…

Meet Kayden, The 6-Year-Old Double Amputee From Englewood Saddened Over No-Show School Bus
Kayden Kinckles of Englewood is just like any ordinary 6-year-old. He loves soccer. Playing on the playground. He even looks forward to going to school. The only difference between Kayden and most of his peers is that he is a double leg amputee. Kayden made headlines earlier this week when the bus with a wheelchair lift that was supposed to take him to school failed to show up every single day, according to his mom Nicole Sessoms said. Despite the bus problems and the fact that Kayden appears different on the outside, he remains positive. "Kayden has an excellent attitude," Se…
